Schemas

JSON Schemas define the machine-readable shape of Ajar manifests, views, actions, mandates, offers, receipts, policies, errors, and simulations.

The canonical JSON Schemas live in the protocol repository under schemas/. They define manifests, views, actions, mandates, offers, receipts, policies, errors, and simulations.

Use the schemas together with the normative protocol specification, golden examples, and test vectors. From the ajar repo, run:

make validate

The validation target checks schemas, examples, vectors, local Markdown links, and Markdown hygiene.

Test vectors

Seed conformance vectors cover signing, HTTP signatures, manifest checks, runtime behavior, scopes, extensions, and MUST coverage.
